Springfontein is a small village in the Southern Free State, 3 kilometres off the N1, 145 kilometres south of Bloemfontein, and half-way between Johannesburg and Cape Town – the ideal stop-over point when travelling between the two cities.

From Springfontein it is just 50 kilometres to Gariep Dam – the largest inland water way in South Africa. The air is pure, the skies are blue, and the village is quiet and crime-free.

There are five guest bedrooms, all en-suite with bath or shower facilities, and private entrances from the garden. All have TVs and air-conditioning.

The Owner’s Quarters are to the left of the Sitting Room and comprise a large air-conditioned bedroom, shower room, and linen and dressing room.

At the rear of the house is a unit comprising a staff lavatory, basin and shower. There is a double garage with a gardener’s store room attached.
